If it’s a basic fix, we’ll happily guide you through the process of rectifying the issue with your system to save you time and money. Should we feel the customer has come to a head point, we can then discuss the option of dispatching a mobile unit to come out to site and carry out the required repairs.

As a standard part of our service, onsite meetings give us us the opportunity to see your working environment and scope out the performance requirements of your machinery to effectively diagnose the issue with an existing system, or recommend a new one.

Once we’ve gathered the necessary information, we then provide the customer with a tailored quote outlining the systems, brands and configurations that suit their specific requirements. We’re fully transparent about pricing from the get-go, and stick to a very fair and reasonable policy.

If the quote has been approved, we then get started on assembling your kit. Blight Engineering & Maintenance have one of the shortest turnaround times in the industry, because we understand that machinery is often central to your daily business operations. All kits are completely customised, because a ‘stock-standard’ or ‘one-size fits-all’ approach simply won’t offer an adequate level of performance and protection.

Once the kit is ready to go, we lock in a time for the installation of your new auto greaser or fire suppression system. We’re in and out as soon as possible, with no compromise on quality. You always get a premium product, matched with premium service.

Once the installation, service or repair has been successfully completed, we walk you through the work that was carried out, and answer any of your questions or concerns. We also provide you with a job report form, requiring a signature of acceptance both for our records, and to say you’re fully satisfied with the outcome of our service.

A week after the initial installation, we make contact to ask how your system is performing to see if any tweaks or adjustments need to be made. This is also a good opportunity to advise us if you require a certain delivery rate, as we can dial the system to meet your needs.
